Thames Hospice provides the highest quality nursing, medical and
therapeutic care supporting the physical, social and emotional needs of its
patients and their loved ones. Their services are free of charge to all who
need them, thanks to the generosity of the community and 700 incredible
volunteers who give their time to support the best possible end-of-life care
for local people.
Earlier this year, my mother-in-law Eileen
Berkeley passed away after a battle with cancer. During her last few months,
she made just a few visits to the Hospice in Windsor which were a welcome
respite during a difficult time of her life.
She and the family also benefitted greatly from the home visits and the
advice provided during that period.
Therefore, I would like to return that
kindness by choosing Thames Hospice as the beneficiary of the Jeff Keen Charity
Challenge Masters 2022 competition.
25% of
entry fees directed will go directly to Thames Hospice, plus £2,000 - kindly
donated by our Sponsor, Waverton Investment Management.
