How to Play

All entries must be submitted via an online form. You simply need to choose 6 golfers to play the 18-hole Augusta National course for you. If they play well you could win the big prize.

  1. Complete the form with your details. Note that each entry must have a 'Unique Entry Name'.
  2. Choose 6 golfers from the list. Each golfer has an assigned rating - the ratings of your golfers must be no more than 25.
  3. Nominate 3 holes for each of your 6 golfers. You must select each hole on the course at least once.
  4. Complete payment using credit/debit card (within the form). Entry is £10.

Please note that failure to fully complete the entry form, including the final payment step will invalidate your entry .

Once your entry has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please take note of your Submission ID.

You may submit multiple entries, just be sure to use a different 'Unique Entry Name'. Each entry is an additional £10.

Entries must be submitted by Midnight on Wednesday 7th April

Editing Your Entry

  • It is now too late to change your entry.
  • If one of your selected golfers withdraws before play begins, you may re-submit your entry. If you do not re-submit before the entry deadline, your golfer will be replaced by the next available golfer on the list.

Keeping Score

  • Each entry will have a scorecard, accessed via the Main Table of Entries from 8th April.
  • Your score over the 4 rounds will reflect how your selected golfers play their nominated holes.
  • After the second round, golfers below a certain level on the scoreboard are cut. If your player misses the cut, he will score bogeys (1 over par) for his remaining nominated holes for the remainder of the competition.
  • In the rare event that a golfer retires or is disqualified after the start of play, he will score bogeys on his remaining holes. (Bad luck if that happens)
  • As your golfers move round the course, you will receive emails to highlight any holes which affect your score.

Mini Leagues

  • For those interested in playing against friends/family/colleagues, you may request a MINI LEAGUE.
  • To request, please email jeffkeencharitychallenge@waverton.co.uk with MINI LEAGUE as the subject header.
  • Provide a name for the mini league and a list of participants (ideally with the relevant Submission IDs, found in the confirmation email or on the Main Table of Entries).
  • It can take some time for requests to be processed - please be patient!

Prizes & Charity

  • The Jeff Keen Charity Challenge is non-profit.
  • I will submit a paid entry – if I win, I will donate the winnings to charity.
  • 25% of every entry will go straight to our nominated charity, Glass Door. You can read about the amazing work this charity does for the homeless by clicking Charity.
  • The remaining 75% (less processing fees) will be distributed in prizes. Last year the winner won £3000. Look at Prize Fund to see the list of prizes.

YOU ARE READY! GOOD LUCK!

Jeff
