  2. Choose 6 golfers from the list. Each golfer has an assigned rating - the ratings of your golfers must be no more than 25.
  3. Nominate 3 holes for each of your 6 golfers. You must select each hole on the course at least once.

  5. Once your entry has been submitted, you will receive an Entry ID and a confirmation email.

You may submit multiple entries - please use a different entry name for each so you can identify your entry on the league table.

Random Entry

You will have the option to create a random entry either by accepting a random choice of holes OR a fully random selection of both golfers and holes. Those options are all in the standard entry form.

Editing Your Entry

  • You can change your entry at any point up to the deadline. To do this use the link in the menu on the left hand side of this page.
  • If one of your selected golfers withdraws before play begins and you don’t have a chance to change your entry, your golfer will be replaced by the next available golfer on the list of the same rating (first moving down the list and then if necessary up the list).

Keeping Score

  • Each entry will have a scorecard viewable on the website throughout the competition.
  • Your score over the 4 rounds will reflect how your selected golfers play their nominated holes.
  • Golfers that miss the cut after the 2nd round is completed will score bogeys for the 2 final rounds.
  • In the rare event that a golfer retires or is disqualified after the start of play, he will score bogeys on his remaining holes. (Bad luck if that happens)
  • As your golfers move round the course, you will receive emails to highlight any holes which affect your score.

Mini Leagues (Minimum of 6 entries)

  • For those interested in playing against friends/family/colleagues, you may request a create or join a MINI LEAGUE.
  • To request, please email jeffkeencharitychallenge@waverton.co.uk with MINI LEAGUE as the subject header.
  • Provide (1) a name for the mini league and (2) a list of participants with Entry IDs.
  • It can take some time for requests to be processed - please be patient!

Prizes & Charity

  • The Jeff Keen Charity Challenge is non-profit.
  • I will submit a paid entry – if I win, I will donate the winnings to charity.
  • 25% of every entry will go straight to our nominated charity, White Lodge. You can read about the amazing work this charity does by clicking Charity.
  • The remaining 75% (less transaction fees) will be distributed in prizes. In the last competition, the winner won £2000. Look at Prize Fund to see the list of prizes. The split of the prize fund may change, depending on the size of entry.

YOU ARE READY! GOOD LUCK!

Jeff
